On the Cover of a Magazine...
I recently worked on some illustrations for South African magazine - Migrate. Migrate magazine is the official magazine of the Loerie awards, the advertising,communication & design awards for Africa & the Middle East . I designed the front and inside covers as well as having a few existing works featured inside.
The brief was 'a sign of the times' so as you can imagine there was a lot of subjects required to be covered meaning a lot of imagery to fit in - a tall order to say the least... anyway being one to rise to a challenge I dived in head first & the end results seem to have paid off.
